Is Roccoco 100% natural?

Most of our products are vegan. The exceptions are:

• Keratin Strengthening Shampoo

• Keratin Strengthening Conditioner

Where are Roccoco products made?

All products are 100% Australian made on the Gold Coast.

Does Roccoco conduct animal testing on any products?

No, we do not conduct any animal testing on our products.

Are Roccoco products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, all our products are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How do I know what products are needed for my skin?

We recommend having a skin consultation prior to purchasing products to ensure you are using products targeted to your specific skin needs for best results.

Why is a skin consultation recommended before purchasing products?

The beginning of beautiful skin starts with an expert skin diagnosis.  Often the reason you may not be getting results is because you are not using the right products for your skin's individual needs. When you purchase products, without a thorough diagnosis you are simply guessing! Knowing for certain, rather than guessing what you think you need, is when you have a winning combination of products and trusted guidance.

Is it normal to breakout when starting Roccoco products?

Yes, sometimes you can. Anything that increases exfoliation of the skin has the potential to bring out existing congestion to the surface. This does not last long.

How soon after starting Roccoco should I expect to see results?

It depends on the condition. Most clients notice some change within a week of use. Acne takes 3-6 months to form, so it will take 4-7 months to clear.

Do you have products suited to use during chemotherapy and radiation?

What is the shelf life of Roccoco products?

All our products have a shelf life of 3+ years from date of manufacture, when stored unopened in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.  Please do not store Roccoco products in a fridge or refrigerator.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Due to the quick turnaround time in packing orders, we are unable to alter order or shipping details once they have been placed. Please ensure all delivery details and items are correct before making payment. If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately on (07) 3807 1429 and we will do our best to assist, however, we cannot make any guarantees.

Can I add a discount code after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately discount codes cannot be applied after you have placed an order. We recommend reaching out to see if your order can be cancelled or we can apply a credit to your next order for the value of the discount.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from PayPal and major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. Please refer to the website in the region you would like to ship to.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you placed your order with an account, you can also view your tracking number in your order history.

In the event you do not receive a tracking number. Please reach out to our customer service team.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your products have arrived damaged, please retain all packing materials and products. Please email us at sales@roccoco.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents that are damaged. Please notify us of all issues with your order 72 hours after delivery.

I am missing items from my order. What should I do?

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us with your order number and notify us of the issue. Please ensure all complaints are made within 72 hours of delivery.
